While reading The Times last Saturday, the Comment section caught my eye and I found myself asking is this an insight into some of the public's perception of the Dry-Cleaning Industry?

"There's a dirty secret dry cleaners won't share"

You can probably see now why it caught my eye! Make sure your customers know what you can do for them! Knowing your customer is key, engaging with them is essential – talking to them about the benefits of the services you offer.... and boosting your profits with upselling! They'll have a reason to keep visiting you for Pet Hair Rollers Refills and Moth Killers, and you'll keep boosting your profits with Repeat Business.
